To put it simply, Libertarians are people who believe we have the Constitutional right to live our lives as we wish, without government interference. And we think other people should have that right too (as long as they don’t violate the rights of others). Politically, this means Libertarians are in favor of a lot less government than we have now, and fewer laws that regulate the economy and people’s personal habits.
