American Legion Jutras Post Located at West Manchester, New Hampshire.
Jutras Posts’ namesake is First Lieutenant William J. Jutras.
First Lieutenant Jutras was a decorated WWI war hero. He received the Distinguished Service Cross for his heroic actions near Riaville, France on September 26, 1918. During this action he was mortally wounded but he was able to deliver his message in time to save his platoon.
